Founded in 1986, Zenobia Agency, Inc. represents talented, experienced artists for print advertising and editorial, TV commercials, music videos, feature films, press junkets, fashion shows, tours, speaking engagements and special events.

Our services include hairstyling, make-up, special effects make-up, manicuring, wardrobe and prop styling, baby wrangling, food styling, set decoration, location scouting and production.

We represent several talented artists based in many US and international cities including:

FEES & HOURS
Projects can be booked by the day or half-day. Two-hour bookings are available in some cases. Rates are based on subject matter and usage. A "day" is eight consecutive hours for print; ten hours for commercials and videos. A "half-day" is four consecutive hours for print; five hours for commercials and videos. Half-days are billed at seventy-five percent of the day rate. Overtime is computed at time and one-half after eight hours for print, and after ten hours for commercials and videos. Double-time is charged after twelve hours, and on Sundays and holidays for all bookings. Prep-time and wrap-time are billed at full rate.

TRAVEL-TIME and DOWN-DAYS
Travel-time fees are computed at half of the straight-time hourly rate when travel exceeds 30 miles. For distant locations, travel-days and down-days (non-working days on location) are charged at the half-day rate.

AGENCY FEES
All fees for the artist's time, e.g. prep, production meetings, travel, shoot, overtime, down-time, wrap and cancellations are subject to a 20% agency fee.

EXPENSES
For distant location jobs, the client pays all expenses including mileage (billed at the prevailing IRS rate if the artist uses their own vehicle), taxis, airfare, meals and accommodations.

CANCELLATIONS
Bookings canceled within 24 hours are charged at the full-day rate. The half-day rate applies when the bookings are canceled between 24 and 48 hours. Cancellation of several days' bookings must be made the same number of days prior to the first booked day in order to avoid a full charge for the entire booking. When Zenobia turns down other work to make an artist available,and so notifies the client, a 100% charge for the entire booking will apply regardless of how much cancellation notice was given.

WEATHER PERMIT BOOKINGS
A same-day cancellation is charged at the full rate. Bookings canceled the day before are charged at the half-day rate.

EDITORIAL
The editorial rate applies only when credit is given to both the artist and Zenobia. When such credit is not given, the advertising rate applies.

TEST SHOOTING
The product of an artist's unpaid work originally intended for promotional use may not be sold without Zenobia's written consent. Limited use projects incorporating discounted work may not be sold for additional usage without Zenobia's written consent.
